Standard $13 per plate, 50-200 plates
Guests can choose from any of our current menu items on our public menu, made to order and served directly from our food truck window!
Minimum Guarantee, $650/shift(lunch or dinner)*, (roughly 40-55 paying customers)
Guests pay for themselves and Client guarantees we reach our minimum. This is the most economical option and is often free for the client.

Combine the Big Party with Just the Table and you get our most inclusive option with full service
Luxury $60 per person, 50-600 people
All previous options are included, the Hors D’oeurve Table and full service from our food truck with the addition of our most luxurious food options.
Including our special lobster roll, packed with a half-pound of genuine Maine lobster, this isn’t your typical hotdog size lobster roll, we stuff our 8″ scratchmade baguette to the brim with warm lobster and butter.
