Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Damaged/defective product
A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
Returns/exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason to the Deli Volv food truck for a food credit (minus shipping and tax). If there is a defect in your order, please contact us so we can get you a reprint or full refund. Some items ineligible, as noted on their product description.
